INSTRUCTIONS OF REC102-V2.0

1.       Connect Receiver to 12V-24VAC/DC

2.       When the power is initiated, the LED will light for 1 second and the receiver is ready for instructions.

3.       Press any button on the remote, if the code is learnt the LED will blink, then release the button on the remote. Without any operation in 10 seconds, the LED will be extinguished and finish its learning status.

 

4.       PROGRAMMING METHOD:

A.      Press P1 once, the LED flashes once and the first channel (monostable) activates, Repeat Step 3).

Press P1 twice, the LED flashes twice and the second channel (monostable) activates, Repeat Step 3).

B.      Press P1 three times, the LED flashes three times and the first channel (bistable) activates, Repeat Step 3).

Press P1 four times, the LED flashes four times and the second channel (bistable) activates, Repeat Step 3).

 

5.       DELETING FUNCTION:

A.      Deleting one code: Press P2 for approximately 3 seconds, then release button and the LED will light, press the button you no longer require and the code will be deleted.

B.      Deleting all codes: Hold and press P2 until the LED lights, release the button and the LED will go off, all codes will have been deleted.

A.      The data for rolling codes is relatively big and will take a little more time to operate the remote

B.      If the same code is entered more than once, only the last code is memorized.

Automate My Place uses Australia Post, Couriers Please, Aramex and Sendle  as our preferred shipment providers.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment to Australia Post P.O. boxes or Parcel Collect addresses

www.automatemyplace.com.au ships to business/residential address and smaller items (e.g satchels) can be delivered to PO boxes. We are unable to ship to PO Boxes for our larger items like Sliding gate hardware kits or gate opener kits due to size  constraints.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will first receive an order confirmation email from Automate My Place. Your order will then be packed and prepared for dispatch. Once the order has been lodged with the shipment provider, you will then receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) for you to review the order status at any time.

 Damages

In most cases products damaged or lost during shipping are covered by insurance. In the unlikely event that you have received a damaged item, please be sure to contact us within 24 hours of delivery of the product to allow a claim. Please include photos of the issue and a screenshot of your order confirmation email. If you received your order damaged, Automate My Place will work with you & the shipment carrier to file a claim.

 Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Any delays in contacting either the shipper or Automate My Place regarding any damages to products received may result in the insurance lapsing and inability to make a claim.
