Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment Processing Time
All orders will be dispatched within 1 business day from placement. You should expect to receive your order within 2-8 business days for standard shipping. For express shipping, you should expect your order within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipment Providers
Automate My Place uses Australia Post, Couriers Please, Aramex and Sendle as our preferred shipment providers.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipment to Australia Post P.O. boxes or Parcel Collect addresses
www.automatemyplace.com.au ships to business/residential address and smaller items (e.g satchels) can be delivered to PO boxes. We are unable to ship to PO Boxes for our larger items like Sliding gate hardware kits or gate opener kits due to size constraints.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will first receive an order confirmation email from Automate My Place. Your order will then be packed and prepared for dispatch. Once the order has been lodged with the shipment provider, you will then receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) for you to review the order status at any time.
Damages
In most cases products damaged or lost during shipping are covered by insurance. In the unlikely event that you have received a damaged item, please be sure to contact us within 24 hours of delivery of the product to allow a claim. Please include photos of the issue and a screenshot of your order confirmation email. If you received your order damaged, Automate My Place will work with you & the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Any delays in contacting either the shipper or Automate My Place regarding any damages to products received may result in the insurance lapsing and inability to make a claim.
